Job Description

  • Achievement of Topline and Bottomline targets. City level targets are met for the geographies handled.
  • Recruitement of Relationship Manager, Relationship Officer as per the manpower budget given.
  • Regularly monitor the sales process. Ensuring the Productivity of SM and the agents.
  • Ensuring that service level commitments are met.
  • Cordination with the various deparments, branches for the approvals and smooth sales operations.
  • Conducting Periodic training and orientation sessions for team members
  • Increasing brand awareness through activities.
  • Retention of all high performance team members
  • Key account management - develop and manage the Key accounts
  • External Customers - IMDs (Life Insurance, Health company, Mutual funds) Housing socities and retail customers
  • Internal Customers - Sales Team, Operations Team, Finance Team, HC Team, Underwriting Team, Claims Team

Required Candidate profile

  • Qualification - Graduation
  • Experience - 1 Year +
  • Preferred Industry - General Insurance / Mutual fund, FMCG. Banking , Health Insurance
  • Experience of sales in previous job is mandatory
